The 303 Protectant is a good protectant on leather, rubber, vinyl and plastic surfaces. Its mainly available online only from what I have seen. I also use it on the casing in the engine bay, dashboard, arm rests and more so they look like new again.

If you want the "best" cleaner and conditioner it's hard to beat Leatherique - the issue is they are expensive and take time to use correctly. I use them on leather that is dry or in poor condition. For maintenance conditioning (as in, conditioning leather that is in good condition already), I use Z9/Z10.

Thumbs up Use a Two-Step Process...

Sonus Leather Cleaner followed by Sonus Leather Conditioner. Yes, you can used a one-step process. But, it's like... shampoo/ conditioner in one - just not as good. In a rush, I use Meg's cleaner/ conditioner. But, once a month I'll take the time for the Sonus routine.

If you're really into taking the time and care, Sonus is a good process. A good cleaning. Then a good conditioning about 15-20 minutes later. Oh, and it's got that 'new car' leather smell, for those interested.

There's a Sonus Leather Care Bundle on sale for $16 over at autopia-carcare:

All leather protection products products imply that you are not going to drop mayo, ***(that might actually benefit), acid and blood on your seats. Best protection is not to make big mess in your car. "Protection" on the bottle really means heat, moisture, dryness and UV rays.
Food will get into perforation and will start to stink. With your little nephew extra paper towels will be the best protection.

Very true. There is no 'magic' in a bottle. If you don't keep the leather wiped down and vacuumed regularly, no lotion is going to make it look new again.
