Looking for a good random orbital

Anyone know where to get a decent deal on the PC 7424 or something similar? If anyone has a used one that they are looking to get rid of that would be fantastic.

I bought mine from Autopia. The link is here

David, who runs Autopia, recently informed everyone that the prices were going to be rising on the 7242.

You may want to look into the Cyclo polisher as well. It is a bit more expensive but the people who use it LOVE it. I was thinking about getting one of these as well.

I see that you posted in a thread on the board already regarding the PC. Great! At least you already have your feet in the door

Good luck man.

$129.99 is a pretty common price for just the base unit but I highly recommend getting the velcro backing plate so you can swap pads nice and easy. I've had great results with full PC 7424 kit that includes the Lake Country Pads, Snappy Clean Pad Cleaners and the PC.

Lowes has the PC 7336, 6in backing plate and weights (removable) for $109. I got it on sale (Columbus Day is coming?) for $99 earlier this year. I agree with above post about getting velcro plat - got a Sonus Kit with some pads from Autopia.

Great unit. Easy to use and very effective. Suggest you download and read the detailing guide on autopia as well.

Good luck
