Wheel Damage - 2006 G35x

Does anyone know how to repair rim scratches? I don't need to repair the scratch itself, but would like to get rid of the black color. Is there a special paint sold at the dealer?

the answer to ur problem is located in the back of ur car.
more specific its your spare tire.

the black color is its true color. i remember reading that the chromes were just a thin layer of specialize paint or somthing they cover the wheels over.
nothing u can do but spray paint it back with matching colors.

I don't have details on this anymore, but 3 years ago I posted my repair. I used duplicolor "chrome" paint which is just really silver paint. It was almost a dead on match. Some of the vets here might remember it.

Heres a guide:

I know you mentioned you didn't want to remove the scratch, but this might help:
Repairing Painted Wheel Curb Scratches

To paint over the black, you could try this. Special color to match German cars, but might match the G.
Wurth Wheel Kit
