fiberglass material under bumper

what do we use to polish the piece of material under the front bumper ? I think it's fiberglass or plastic. Can we zaino it ? Or do I need to get some black wax to polish it ?

303 or ArmorAll works good.

I bought a bottle of Mother's Back to Black, which I can't remember if it's just for rubber or also for vinyl/plastic. Basically the same thing as armour all, maybe a little thicker and more oily. Works nice for my non-body kit sedan.
