I have yet to find something that offers the same protections as Zaino...not saying that it isn't out there, but saying I have yet to use it. Durability is another great asset to the Zaino arsenal. Again, nothing I have tried lasts as long.
As for Zaino taking a long time the first time you use it......well any detailing nut will tell you that no matter what product you use, you need to have a clean surface to start out with. So anything else will take just as long.
Zaino doesn't require multiple coats, most peeps just do it for slighter better results.

Although some may not like the plasticy look of Zaino (Although the new Z5pro is much warmer and easier to work with), i have found it offers great protection that far surpasses FMJ. getting my info from myself!! I am sick of applying a billion coats of zaino and I never get it right! I live under JFK airport and everytime it rains, the sut just ****s up whatever sealant I have on.
and than to get it right, sal wants you to buy a Z1 thingy as a first coat, another Z3 as a second, and a Z8 for a third and inbetween he wants to apply Z15 with Z90 so that it will enhance the look and what not. I am sick of this Z-ness!
durability?!?! who cares! we all...or at least I wash wax/seal the car so often that any sort of duribility is nill. Even you ttrank, your last zaino thread wasnt too long ago! so who really cares about duribility?
sure I love the leather conditioner (says restores "leather smell" but obviously is packed with perfumes) and every once in awhile I throw on some z5...and their claybars are actually cheap, but I could really care less about everything else. They never...amazed me - except for the way it dries and flakes off easily - thats cool. I even bought the EXACT 100% cotton towels zaino suggested...but it left serious marring and I had to quit that.
The difference in quality, looks, duribility ---for me, are not worth the hefty price
Sorry, I had a meeting with the FAA all morning. Just got pics and will get them on photobucket and upload. Give me ~20 minutes.

I know the amps don't match, getting new ones soon. Sold the big matching alpine because it would not fit anywhere.

Sorry, no one is gonna find them in the front ttrank and they look good enough to be reposted

Neal, I bet if I waxed my whole car with the NXT stuff, it would probably loook as good as your car in those pictures. However, the smoothness I could feel when physically touching the car was horrible after the NXT, it did not compare to any meguiars products I have used. I've used numerous brands of wax over the years looking for the best stuff and so far its only been Klasse, meguiars and mothers products have not compared in overall smoothness of the paint and the duration that the paint stayed smooth. I need my wax to hold up sometimes because I may go up to 3 weeks without washing my car

That is one sweet car! I hope you pat yourself on the back every time you walk out to it.
After a claybar and a few coats of Zaino my car feels like extra slick glass.

Thank you. I try not to brag but I do love my car. It's like my second child.

How well does ZAINO hold up on a vehicle that is parked outside year round? Unfortunately my garage isn't big enough for three motorcycles and a boat and a G. Being the G is used daily it stays outside.

The life span of a sealant is typically 3-6 months. If you give your G a coat of Zaino in the fall, you should be good until the spring.Originally Posted by GGRJR

If it's outside all the time I would make sure and do a couple coats every 3 months.
