Can I get some recommendations on some cleaners you would utilize on the OEM all-season floor mats? Mine are stone colored.

I whip them out and just use the soap that I'm using to wash my car -- use a brush and then spray them clean and let them sit in your driveway for about 10 minutes to dry.

+1, however, I find that if I let them air dry they will spot. I shake them off and then dry with a towel.

I do exactly that, but do shake them and let them air dry. as for spots, you're gonna put them back in the car, you wont even notice, at least mine don't...

I have found Spray Nine and a scrub brush works great to remove stains and built in dirt on the winter mats. I have used it for years with no problems.

i too just use car shampoo and my boar's hair brush (for my wheels/tires)
to wash the a/s floormatts. and shaking the water off is a good idea.

i prefer using carpet mats in the warmer months and use the a/s for
winter.

btw, i currently use berber mats cause the factory pos floor mat came
bald where i pivot my heel for the clutch. berber is much nicer and
the gray color i chose matches the interior gray perfectly. my cooper-s
came with berber type floor mats from the factory. inifiniti should do the
same for these cars with MT's at least. my G is not daily driven..even
so the mat just wore out.

yea i use the wheel brush and a hose on mine at the prep depearment in my dealership. To dry them I use the air gun that you use to put air in your tires, that thing works great as well after you wash your car to get the water out of the areas like door handles, mirrors, and spoiler gaps to prevent drips.

I can tell you what not to use. I had some really bad staining due to the reddish dirt we have. I used a heavy duty grease remover and over a period of a few months the drivers mat was thin enough for my heels to poke through.

One set of new mats later, I use my soap for the car and a good bristle brush.

kenchan: What brand of berber mat did you find? My heels did a number on my other mats. I'd love to have something other than the all weather plastic.

Powerwash, using dishsoap, and working it with a good brush. For stubborn stains, use dishwasher detergent.

Then use a leaf blower to dry.

I spray castrol super clean on them, brush it with a stiff brush, and rinse with a hose.
