Any Good Cordless Car Polishers???

I am looking to buy a cordless car polisher/buffer. I am having trouble finding any, and was wondering if anyone could recommend one. I would go with a wired one, but i have no garage so i figured cordless is best. I did find a few on Amazon, but they didn't have too much info.

Meguiar's sells a decent cordless one, but it lacks power and battery life. You are better off buying a corded porter cable, and a deep cycle battery and invertor along with a wall battery charger, and hauling your gear down when polishing

Great points redlude97. I have yet to find a quality cordless buffer that has enough juice to properly break down the polishes and won't bog down under some pressure.

Invest in some long extension cords.

i was actually in need of the same thing, and ive heard good things about the Meguiars cordless polisher but then again ive read countless numbers of threads and articles stating that they give out under pressure and you only have an allotted time before it dies on u. So i agree with George just buy yourself a LONGGG extension cord and a PC like im gonna do this weekend. good luck with ur purchase

I would definitely go with a Porter Cable and an extension cord!

Yeah, i heard a lot of good things about Porter Cable and that might be the way to go. Was just trying to find something similar that is cordless, but i guess i will just have to roll out the extension cord. Thanks for the help.

^ Yeah, I think that's the best thing to do. Check out George's website (www.detailedimage.com) as he has some great deals on PCs right now.
