Door Moldings and Moonroof molding

Hey guys... just wondering what you use to keep the rubber moldings around the doors, moonroof, etc nice and supple. I saw some stuff from Pinnacle that is water based and supposed to be good for that. Any thoughts/suggestions??? Thanks!!!

303 Aerospace Protectant. I also alternate with Zaino's Z-16 that can be used for rubber moldings. Z-16 has UV(40) protection.
