Bug Stains

Just got back from long vacation trip to Maine, drove about 1500 miles.

I know most people uses some kind of bra to protect their bumpers from bug stains.

I didn't use a bra, now the stain is worse than I thought, anything else i can do, ex.. waxing?

do you want to get the stains off or prevent them from happening? i don't understand your question.
you should either get a clear bra or just regular bra for long trips.
to clean them off, use a clay bar.
waxing makes it easier to clean them off.
i use 3m painters tape for long trips. i also wax every so often.

actually if it's an actual stain, the stain could dissappear in direct sunlight.
yah, pretty weird, but UV does wonders sometimes.

i had a small brown stain in the paint from wat looked like a bug kill.. the
stain was in the clear, not on top of it. after hearing about UV doing
wonders on paint stains, i left my car out in the sun a couple of hours
while i did my oil change and other stuff in the garage. i get back, the
stain is lighter in color. after driving the car in the hot sun a couple of
times, the stain is gone. no joke.

some strange things with UV.
