Spots on gauges? Can I get this off?

Guys and gals,
Wondering if any of you have these almost stains or watermarks on your gauges? I have heard that these clusters can be stained by cleaners and I think i might have done it by taking it to get detailed.

Is there a fix for this or do I have to replace the entire piece? What cleaner is safe to use there?

Thanks for your time,,.

I've seen this on vehicles before while detailing and it turned out to be on the *inside* of the gauges. Likely from heavy moisture (ie: forgetting to close your windows while its raining). To try on the outside, I use Zaino Plastic Polish. For store bought, Meguiar's Plast-X as instructed.

Those spots are from armorall and believe me they can not be removed. It happened on my last car, and from then on out I wont get close to any clear plastic with any silicoe protectant. Sorry, I know it sucks!
