How do you remove swurl matrks on black coupe?

I buffed my car with a machine for the first time. It was getting dark so I didnt notice it till the next day. The whole car is covered with swurl maks. Do you think its permanent or would it hurt the paint? Thanks

its definetly permanent if you don't remove them correctly. What type of machine did you use to buff them with?

OUCH! i only have the swirl marks that came from the first car wash from the dealership(never again!), but just search, i think u might have to take it to a professional detailer to buff all that stuff out and make it look like new

On a serious note. You NEED to go a site like Autopia.org and read some of their stickied threads. Not knowing what to do is the worst thing you can do.

What machine, pads and product to use is KEY to getting the results you want.

Black is the most unforgiving color. It will show EVERYTHING.

I definitely agree. Not knowing what you are doing with a machine can be a dangerous thing to your paint. Spend some time reading in this section and Autopia.org......education is the first thing I would recommend.
