i was thinking about that soon as i posted the reply, but i live in a private street and we have people come and clean up the streets every now and then.. nonetheless using "artificial wind" is starting to make more sense. . ha

 

call me crazy but i wash at night. sometimes as late as 11pm
i find i dont miss anything because i cant see what im doing

but..i dont get any water spots.

compress air is the way to go. i get in my mirrors and around the trunk
& grill..works like a charm.

 

The only time that's safe this time of the year to wash your G is early morning, and in the shade! You don't have to concern yourself with water
spots if you use your leaf blower to get rid of all the hidden water in mirrors,
door jams, grille and trunk. At 8 AM today it was 87 deesgrees so you need
to start early!

 

Would this work for compressed air? I wonder how long one of these bad boys will last.



I think carrying a leaf blower is over the top.
