Their story is true, they should heat the bottom portion of the window to help the moisture evaporate much quicker; however they did not tell you that they are supposed to heat the car from the OUTSIDE of the window.

The guy who did my car kept putting his hand on the trim piece to "feel" the temp. to see if it was getting too hot. After about 5 minutes on each window, he adjusted the auto up/down mechanism on the door jam and sent me on my merry way. He did tell me to give it 3 days before rolling the windows down just to be safe (and I did) but no burns on my car.

Sounds like Negligence!!!
