Help What Should I Do

well i bought an 07 g35 like about 2 months ago... and like for some reason when i drive the car black spots turn up on my oem rims on all 4 rims and now they are ruined because the spots wont come off...? any ideas ... does my warranty cover it?

For 2 months old, you shouldnt have wheels stained with brake dust.........try a little polish, I believe your wheels are clear coated anyway.....

you have to be careful in what you use

maybe its spray from some oil?

^^^ thats what i was thinking.

i remember a thread a wile back where the guy got his wheels replaced under warranty because of a wheel cleaner he used i think but it left black spots all over his wheels

so the dealer may cover you

You shouldn't use any kind of harsh chemicals on your wheels. I just either use Meguire's car wash soap or dish washing liquid and water for cleaning the wheels. Nothing else.

Exactly.........



I use a "safe for all wheels", wheel cleaner on the wheels all the time. Just find one that isnt acid based, spray one wheel at a time, agitate and rinse well.......
