No problems with paint chips here...

I can also testify to the clearbra. I paid ~650 USD for the Roadblock bra to be installed on my G before I picked it up last December. I had the bumper, mirrors, and leading 1/3 of hood done. No chips whatsoever....anywhere.

It is worth it.

Probably worth it, since the stock paint sucks royally.

My last two cars were both Pontiacs, and both had paint that held up 10x better. The paint on the G35 pitts (lovebugs and bird crap) scratches (anything touches it) and chips (rocks and who knows what) so ridiculously easy.

My 6 year old Pontiac has only been waxed ONCE and the paint looks better than my 9 month old G35. I'm very dissappointed with the paint quality.

Its a must have
If you want to see what it looks like on a g35
this site has a gallery of installs go to the second page and it has about
60 or so pic of infinitis
http://www.ultimateshield.com/gallery.php

I had it put on my car and on my GF honda last year about a week after
she got it on there she got hit on the bumper by a paint can that fell off a
contractors truck and it grazed the clear bra which we replaced just that
section. But I swear if it had not been there would have been a real mess.

Definitely Clear Bra. Our cars are plagued with weak paint and nothing seems to be changing in the forseeable future. As expensive as it can be..........go for the 3M clear bra.

Which GA location am I supposed to contact? It looks like all the Georgia contacts only work on new cars when purchased.

And how much did this cost you?

Thanks!

From what I've read, the flimsier paint is due to governmental (EPA) regulations. So the paint on all newer cars will chip easier because of the composition of the paint now. Don't know how true that is or the details of it, but I read it somewhere.

Nowhere as bad as the Infiniti line.
