How to clean 06 headlights?

I have an 06 sedan and the headlights are slightly fogged over, from what I can tell it is on the outside. Does anyone have any ideas what will help clean the headlights. (they look like there is some buildup on them or oxidation possibly)

Thanks

Just went through about 7 hrs worth of detailing the outside of my car and she is looking beautiful. But by the time me and my buddy finished it was dark. We took a couple of before and after shots of my headlights and what a HUUUUGE difference.

Before:

After:

We used Chemical Guys Pro Polish with a PC (Porter Cable) Orbital Buffer and an orange pad. Used the #3 speed to apply the polish on and #6 speed to get all the nastiness off the outside of the plastic lense.
