dust in bumper..

dust in bumper..

i have some dust in my front bumper that wont leave...i clean it hard during my car wash but it didnt came off...
and have some sticky black dots too in the back ( i dont really know what it is...may be pavement...) but i can clean them...
what can i do?

First I would try a cleaner wax like magiures or mothers step one (in the 3 step process), if that doesn't work then bust out the clay bar. Use a quick detailing spray with the clay bar to lubricate/wet the paint surface to prevent scratching. The reason I say to try the cleaner wax first is so that the surface is completely clean so you don't rub any contaiminants into the paint and scratch it with the clay bar.
