Ivory Pearl Owners

Does anyone know how to clean that rubber-looking strip on the bottom of our doors. Mine is turning yellowish and I can't clean it back to normal.

Re: Ivory Pearl Owners

If you referring to the strip that runs along the outside of the door....
so far I haven't noticed any yellowing...my car is 5 months old, and unfortunately does not get garaged. I make it a point of keeping it washed and waxed....

Since I'm assuming its painted like the doors...wouldn't and good polish/wax remove any discoloration?

It's too dark out now...but I will check in the morning and let you know if I see anything looking yellow on those parts .....

Re: Ivory Pearl Owners

I took a good look at mine today when I washed my car.
They do seem to be slighty off color compared to the car...
but I had my car serviced Today as well, and while I was waiting I checked out some of the new G's on the lot...
The New Ivory Pearl G's strip didn't match exactly either...
Must just be the painting process on the rubber that causes them to look yellowish....
