Getting tint this week, SO-Cal...
Getting tint this week, SO-Cal...
Just want to know what kind of %'s people are running in so-cal and aren't getting hassled by the cops. Ive done some reading around the forums, and it sounds like 35% in back windows, and 50% in front windows would be good, but is that too light for the front? Is 40-45% something to be considered? I really don't want to get a ticket also though, so please let me know what you think.

Picking a shade of tint for your car is highly subjective. There are many things you will have to consider (legality, interior color affecting shade of tint, metal / non-metal film, brand of film, etc.). Just go to a tint shop and they should have samples of tint for you to view..........
