How do you remove nail polish from tan leather?

I just got a 06 Acura TL. There are 2 small spots of red nail polish on the tan leather. The worst part is they are on the side of the head rest and shoulder area of the passenger seat. SO, every time I look over I see it...

I have not tried anything cause I am affraid to remove the color out of the leather. ANY ideas???

If its like the paint on there. Then you can't get it off. You could try to see if the magic eraser works.

Try swapping head rests from the P side to the D side. If you can't get the stuff off

unless you can find a way to cover the leather and only expose the nailpolish, you will mess it up. that magic eraser has bleach in it and it will remove the tan color... remember when i asked what's the best solution to cleaning my leather long time ago? I used that on a part of my seat and it lighted it up lighter than the oem color

There is no bleach in a magic eraser, it has very light abrasives which when used carefully on leather will remove imbedded contaminants, which is what it probably did on your leather. This will "lighten" the leather back to the original color because its removed the dirt that "darkened" your leather
