add these to the list of "the good stuff"
I've gather this much info after countless hours of lurking detailing forums:
also, let me save you some $

meguiar's APC+ (use it everywhere), - even tires
CG maxi suds (for foam cannon - cheaper than honeydew),
mtm hydro (foam cannon) get it @ wayfair w/coupon $60 compared to $100+ rebrand
speedy prep towel fine grade (for the lazy), (don't get the medium)
Collinite 845 (inexpensive, good lasting wax),
ONR (two bucket, quick detailer, clay lube)
Ultima UWW+ (as versatile as ONR, great waterless wash)
Microfibertech - half off what others sell their MFs for
Meguiars Ultimate compound (easy to use compound -otc)
Menzerna P085RD - the finishing touch to any job (best glazing)
Menzerna SI-1500, SF-4000 (polish/finish essential kit)
BFWD - great sealant
Stoner invisible glass - windows

Polish (light cutting): Griot's complete compound using his 6" Orbital Buffer with orange pad

Polish (medium cutting): the above

Polish (heavy cutting): the above

Glaze: NONE

Sealant: NONE

Wax: Zymol concourse wax

Tire Dressing: Sanctiond Tire Glaze

Wheel Sealant: Volks are raw aluminum polished with Mothers metal polish

Interior Protectant: Zymol leather cleaner

Leather Care: Zymol leather cream

Quick Detailer: The best...Adams detail spray

Glass Cleaner: Adams glass cleaner which I apply after using a his clay bar and only removed using micro towel for best results!

Once I've clayed and machined compounded my paint surface Zymol Concourse Wax finishes the job! And yes, it is literally applied by hand! If it didn't look great and last I wouldn't be spending over $300 for a pound!

I realize that your product of choice may vary from situation to situation and will also depend on what color of vehicle you are detailing, however just your overall favorite product for the category is fine. Just cut and paste the above into your post and fill in your favorite product. Thanks.
I use what works best for every part of my coupe after 60 years of trial/error, and success...look at the pic!

I've been using Chemical Guys products for about a year now. Picked up the foam cannon + a few different soaps to try out at the auto show. For the soap, I like the 'snow foam' best, and 'extreme wash' second. I tried the 'butter wet wax', but it seemed to dry/evaporate off quickly, making drying the car a pain to scrub and rinse.
My latest purchase is their 'After Wash' drying agent. It reminds me of the Eagle1 Wax-as-u-dry. Works extremely well for leaving a streak free finish.

6 speed G35 sedan
ONR wash
Ferrex to decontaminate the paint (removes iron deposits)
Clay
Oberk Supreme Cut and their microfiber cutting pad
Optimum Hyper Polish and their orange foam waffle cutting pad-both using a Rupes Bigfoot 21 mm DA
Optimum Paint Prep
Optimum Opti-Coat Pro 3-two layers of base coat, two layers of top coat. Yes, it is a true layerable SiC ceramic coating. And no, you can't buy it unless you're a pro and Optimum approves you. Starting price from an authorized installer starts at $3000. But as a certified and authorized Opti-Coat installer who was on the original testers of Opti-Coat, I got some to test on my own car.

The look is pretty incredible, pictures don't do it justice. And probably not cost effective for our cars considering the price is at least half the value. Even though I have access to it, the cost of the warranty kit is pretty high so probably wouldn't have done my own car if I hadn't received what I got to test. Optimum Gloss Coat is the way to go for the hobbyist/weekend warrior. Ridiculously easy to apply, lasts 2-3 years.

@Scottwax So how does the opti-seal compare to opti-gloss coat?

I've been using opti-seal followed by their spray bottle Optimum Car Wax once a month or so.

Also, your pictures didn't upload

They are showing for me, used Imgur as the host. Hyper Seal is better than Opti-Seal, it's silica based instead of a polymer resin base so more durable. Optimum Gloss Coat is an SiC/SiO2 blend ceramic coating. Very easy to use, 2-3 years protection. Gloss Coat is available from several vendors and Optimum, Hyper Seal is available from Optimum only, it's in their maintenance product line-up.
