I own and operate a mobile detailing company, this is what I charge:

Wash/Vac/Windows: $40-$60, two car minimum
Wash/Clay/Vac/Wax: $90-$120
One step w/ rotary + mild Interior: $140+
Compound w/rotary, Polish w/ DA, Hand wax + full Interior: $200+

Pricing depends on the market and desired results. If you want flawless black paint reconditioned by an accountable and experienced company in a region that can support a detailing professional expect to pay at least $200.

If it's a detailer dealing in quantity rather than quality, I wouldn't personally pay over $125-$150 for a complete. I'm not trying to insult that type of business either, the package provided for that price may be enough for a specific vehicle/owner- again depending on your area and desired results.
