I think it looks good on any color but white brillant silver, and desert platinum. It looks the best on red/black.

Looks good. I did that with my civics' headlights...JDM yO!!! You can also use a heat air gun too. But anyhow I am still waiting for Bat to make a overlay...urgh....

When I made the blacked out headlights in PS, i tried CB also, but it was too damn hard getting the color to match. I think that would need to be seen in person to make an accurate judgement. If you do get something decent on the computer, let me know how it looks!

Looks good, I was thinking about doing the same and the grill too. BTW, did you use flat black or glossy balck paint? how much would you charge to do it?

 

Flat black, I could have made it glossy if I clear coated it but I think that would be too much and if it didn't look like the body EXACTLY it would just look weird. The flatness of the paint makes it match the grill VERY well and it looks great under the clear headlight plastic.
