bubbled up paint

hey , i have 2 spots on my hood that i thought could buff out but it seems like the paint have bubbled up somehow, it seems to be under the clear coat. any way to fix this or do i have to paint the whole hood. =/ those 2 spots really bother me when i walk up to my car. sucks!

if its under the clearcoat i think you have to repaint the hood. do you have any pics?

how much will it cost to paint the hood? any good place in the bay area?

Most people would say from $300 and up

Try wet sanding it out, nothing bad can really happen unless you burn through. If the wet sanding doesn't work out, just stop, buff it and take it to get repainted.
