Interesting solution for hard to remove gunk on paint

I tried the bug and tar remover gel. I tried the clay bar. Still got some old bug guts and sap I can't remove, most of it on my 3M clearbra. I don't want to use anything with petroleum distillates, so I thought I'd try one last thing: my Sonicare toothbrush! It worked great. Still hard to get some of the tough stuff out, but I worked it back and forth and added some of the bug and tar gel while doing it.

I couldn't find any abrasions or scratches at all from doing it. Seems to work well..

Thoughts?

You really shouldn't use bug and tar remover on a Clear bra.
