I tried to photoshop my headlight to look as if it has a little dark bluish tint to match my TB color. What do you guys think? I'm kinda trying to imitate what the Top Secret guys did on their headlights. Do anyof you know how they did this?

that's just asking to get pulled over. blue is not allowed on lights.

 

Just ever so slightly blue. And i'm not talking about the blubs, I want to spray paint the whole headlight assembly with clear blue or tint it. Would that still be that much of a problem?

This was done by Super Auto Shield for Project Blue SRT. Is the 3M Clear Bra just with a Blue tint. There is also smoke and Yellow.

Wow Could you give me some more information on this tint? Where can I buy it? Would I be able to apply it on myself?
Do you know if it's the same method used that the TopSecret guys did to their car?

I think what you're referring to is the blueish glow you get from projector headlights. I doubt we can get that kind of look from a tint... but I wouldn't know cuz I've actually never seen this tint in person
