Been using them exclusively since 2002 and love it. Claybar, polishing, and waxing system works great as do all their cleaning and drying products. Great customer service too and stands behind their products.

Sweet.

They have a store pretty close to my house so I wanted to check them out.

They are also offering some kind of Free car care school, I want to check it out too.

So how do you like it?

Have you had a chance to compare it to the other products?

Have you had any exp with their Griot's Garage Random Orbital

In my experience with Griots, they wax, and polishes are suck because they are aggressive as much as I expected. They are too thin compare to Einzett and Adams brand and the pads are ok. They don't cut deep during polish compare to other pads. I still would use there pads because they only work fairly for me, but if you are a pro. or want to do things more professional, I wouldn't use there formula or pads.

Other products I like are car wash bucket, mittens, jack stands, and orbital, Like I say, their pads are fair... Not too bad, not too good.

i use their random orbital... it's very good quality
their microfiber drying towels are incredible!!!
their one-time wipes soaked with speedshine are great for getting off bird shat (great to keep in your trunk)
their customer service is also very good... you can call them up and ask them anything about their products and they will get you an answer (gf's dad said one time he called and the people didnt know the answer to his question so they put Richard Griot himself on the phone)
