help me restore my rims!!

i have oem 19" rims that needs restoration, looks like water spots resulted from harsh chemicals... I've only used simple green before

I've tried P21s restorer like george from detailed image suggested and applied some elbow grease w/no luck

I know people have had this issue before as I've read previous posts
How can I get rid of this defect??

I've tried to post pics w/ no luck because the'y're too big. I'll try to repost them when I'm feelin less lazy

Also does anyone know of any paint that matches our oem rim's color?

Did you use car soap also and also let the wheel cleaner sit for 5 mins. Also did you agitate with a brush ?

I used meguiar's car wash and then p21s degreaser w/brush.

It just pisses me off everytime I look at em!
