Can sunblock damage leather seats?
Hi, I am a soon to be G owner. a G that I am looking to buy have some sunblock smeared on the seats in the back. The current owner didn't seem to have cared for it too well but over all the interior is still in great condition.
it worries me because i tried to rub off the sunblock and it didn't quite come off. the plastic on the rear middle console looks as if it was decoloring where the persons' palm was resting. when i licked my finger and tried to rub it off, it seems as tho the white went away on the seats and the color was coming back on that middle console. but as soon as that dried it went back to the way it was.
so my question is, does sunblock permanently damage the cars leather interior? can it be fixed?
I just want to find out before I buy...
