I'm getting Huper Optik Ceramic 30

Just made an appointment to get my coupe tinted with Huper Optik's Ceramic 30. I was told that it has a grayish tone to it. Wondering how it would look on my Twilight Blue coupe. Does anybody have Ceramic 30 tint on this board and can comment on it's esthetics? I'll be forking over $425 for it... Someone on this board said that was a fair price... Any detractors?

Thanks!

Re: I'm getting Huper Optik Ceramic 30

I was all about this tint for a few weeks over the winter and after speaking with a few tint shops. I was talked out of it. It's more for houses than cars and unless its very dry and hot out from what i was told it can take a few weeks to dry completely. I ended up going with Mattico Charcool looks great and is nonmetalic as well. And waaaay cheaper you could tint your car 3 times for what you pay for Huper!

I currently also interested in Madico vs Huper. Seems like both are non-metallic (at least Madico Charcoal) and provides good heat reduction. Huper may provide more heat reduction, but are there other benefits that justify the price difference?

The Huper ceramic 30 film (34%) has more heat rejection than limo tint which is the major advantage. Otherwise, there could be something said about looks, but I think that's the major reason why I'm getting it. I got a black interior and when I park it outside, it gets really HOT. So hot, I can barely shift cuz the shiftknob is so damn hot.
