Damn Bugs

Ok so i went on my honeymoon down to FL and as we all know we come back with at least of 5lbs in dead bugs all over your car. The problem is that the squashed bugs are still there, their stains are still on the paint of the car. What is the safest way of removing this suckers? Thanks. for the help

If not, try a vinegar wash or even clay. If it is still there it might have damaged the clear coat.

Diluted, or more or less pure? Anyone tried the Turtle Wax bug & Tar remover?

On the MOL forums they get a towel soak it with water and lay it onto of the bug crap. push down a little bit and let them bugs absorb some water. Then it will be much easier to remove them.

You should dilute the vinegar 1 to 1 with water.

Goo gone makes a bug/tar cleaner as well. Works nicely.

Use APC, Bug&Tar remover, anything. Let it dwell for at least a minute, like to the point where it's breaking all the stuff up, but not drying on the paint. One wipe should take everything away.

I find he vinegar trick works everytime, and the sooner you get them off, the better. Good luck!
