I bought my touch up from infiniti. The bottle just says "NISSAN" and "KYO" on it so I'm guessing it's the same. The damn paint is off by a shade though. You can tell it's lighter then our g35 coupe BS. If you look at the tag under the hood it says "KYO G" so I don't know if that "G" makes a difference.
I just had my whole rear bumper painted because the touch up looked like crap. If it's on the bumper I think it looks better leaving it with a black scrape instead of a "bird crap" looking touch up paint. That was my ladies comment.

The data plate on my sedan says KYO G and my friend's 350Z data plate also says KYO G even though i think mine is lighter than his 350Z. Go figure!

yes but the shades look different to me. The shade on the 350Z is definitely different than the shade on my G, at least to me it looks different a few shades.
