Center console clearbra

I must be loosing it
I thought I posted this before, but don't see it, anyway......

Going to try a clearbra install on the center console, while it is still in good condition.

Anyone seen a DIY for removal?
I'm sure it's pretty straight forward, but it would help to know where the clips are located to avoid any damage.

Thaks

Re: Center console clearbra

Take planty of pics of the final project. I am curious to see how the clearbra will look on the center console. I kind of like the idea, but depends on the final looks of it. Keep us posted!

i've also thought of something like this. to put down some layers of clear coat on those painted plastic parts (perhaps followed by zaino).

Re: Center console clearbra

thats what i thought when i read this post, why not just use a matte finish clear coat. since i plan on having my car for many years, once the titanium finish starts getting bad i am going to have them painted DG to match the exterior.

Re: Center console clearbra

Just picked up my console parts from Mark at Chipguard.
They look good, gives more gloss to the finish.

I'll get some pics of the parts tonite before I reassemble, then I'll get some interior pics with pieces installed.

Mark made some templates & is going to look at making some precut pieces available if there is any interest. With precuts you probably could do the install, in car.

PICs tonite....
