That may very well be the best looking G I've ever seen. Congrats!
Dang... I need to change careers- How hard is it to switch from computer engineer to working in a body shop? I've been watching "Rides" WAY too much on HDTV.... *sigh*

Re: Sideskirts & rear lip install w/pics

Thanks for the compliments guys. The specs on my car are
1)wheels: 20" IForged Aeros, three piece, 20x8.5 & 20x10 with 285/30/20 and 245/35/20
2) Suspension: Eibach pro-kit
3) Greddy twin turbo w/labree test pipes & borla exhaust
4) Tilton 16lb clutch and flywheel, and UR crank pulley
5) Mesh in bumper is custom, and I painted it black

I did the install of my sideskirts and lip while I was also installing the twin turbo, figured might as well get it all done while the car was down. This pic is of the flush mounted profec E-01(boost controller for the tt, I have it at 6.9lbs of boost).

You know JoeNismo...now you're my inspiration, damn that DG looks sweet. I think this is by far the best aftermarket body enhancement product on the market for the G. It looks so clean and so subtle...not to flashy...just the way i like it.

Re: Sideskirts & rear lip install w/pics

The wheel and tire setup costed about $3700 after shipping the wheels. I got a great deal from IForged direct, ($2625 w/shipping) I don't think you can still get them for that price.

Re: Sideskirts & rear lip install w/pics

That does look real good.

If you put the rear lip on without the side skirts would it still be flush?

Those side skirts are real real nice though.

Re: Sideskirts & rear lip install w/pics

I'm with Ximer! You may have a new business! LOL! This is probably off topic since we're all here to drool over this amazing car, but the 20' wheels- are there any negative aspects to going to 20" (aside from cost- I know they are expensive as hell.) How about in the way the vehicle handles, traction, etc.?

Re: Sideskirts & rear lip install w/pics

The 20" setup does ride a little stiffer and there is a little more road noise,(not very bad at all), but other than that I didn't notice any difference. The looks, to me, far offset the ride or noise. The problem with the side skirts is that Extreme Dimensions needs to produce some more, they only created I think 10 prototype molds initially. I think they got worried there would not be enough demand. I will call them on Monday so they can see the thread and hopefully get back on track with making them. As far as taking the inch out, I think I will recomend it to them, but it may push producing them back some time. I think that 80-90% of G35 coupe owners don't want a body kit that is too low. We want a suspension drop and a kit that we can still drive and not worry about scraping.
