Could use some advise on cleaning my G35, Please
I have an Ivory Pearl G35 sedan(baby boy on the way) 2003.5 with willow leather seats and I love this car. I have never had to or felt like giving my car such special treatment as I do with this one but i am not sure where to start when purchasing cleaning products.
I have been trying to read the post and there seems to be so many suggestions out there. Please give me some advise on a reasonably priced product that will keep my car looking like a stunner and hold up for a couple of months.
I could use advise on everything i.e. leather, cloths, wax, soap and whatever else there is to keep my car looking and smelling like new.

The abundance of suggestions can be confusing. I suggest finding someone with your colors and find out what they use. As for myself here's a list of what I'm using right now:
I'm a Zaino fan so if you go that route I suggest getting the sarter kit. It's a bit expensive but it lasts a long time. Check out the web site
Zaino car wash, Z2, Z5, Z6
Z10 - leather in a bottle (conditioner) - also get the cleaner
303 Aerospace Protectant for plastic surfaces
Tuff Stuff Foam cleaner for carpet
Turtle Wax Wet 'n Black for the tires
California Duster - for in between washes
Also you'll need some good quality white cotton towels, applicator pads.
Oh I almost forgot the Toro leaf blower for drying. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

Interior. Leather lexol, vinyl/plastic aerospace 303 protectant, gauge lens wet (water) microfiber towel, windows stoner glass or Sprayway #50
Exterior. Polish/wax Klasse AIO/P21S combo (if black/red car use Pinnacle Souveran vice P21S), tires Eimann Fabrick Black Sapphire Tire GEL, wash with microfiber mitt, dry with Big Blue Towel (microfiber)
I use mostly www.properautocare.com or www.topoftheline.com

Drez, there is A TON of things to learn on properly cleaning your car, and everybody you ask has their own methods and believes in what they do and what they use. There is just so much to say, I'm just going to start with some car washing advice.
1.) It's always best to hand wash your car, and to do so on a weekly basis. The more often you wash your car, the easier it will be (less dirt and crap to deal with). It's a good idea to use two wash mitts so one can be for most of the car, and the other can be for the lower parts of the car (where it is the dirtiest).
2.) Invest in a bottle of EagleOne A2Z All Wheel & Tire Cleaner. This stuff is $5 a bottle and it doesn't last long, but it works really great. You just spray it on the rim and the sidewall of the tire, let it sit for 10-15 seconds, and then rinse it off completely with water. It cleans the whole wheel thoroughly so you don't have to deal with cleaning those disgusting tires and rims (no worrying about separate wheel and tire brushes, etc.).
3.) When washing the car, work on one section at a time (i.e. the side of the car or the back of the car, etc.) and wash from top to bottom. The lower parts of your car are the dirtiest and this way you're not bringing the crap at the bottom of your car to the top of it.
4.) For drying the car off, invest in a California Water Blade and some microfiber towels. The California Water Blade does a great job at removing most of the water and the microfiber towels are good for getting those areas that the water blade cannot.

I'm a Zaino guy and although I didn't buy their "Ultimate Protection Package", I pretty much have everything in that kit. I just put the 4th coat of Zaino on my DG coupe last week and 1 coat of Zaino on my wife's IP FX35 today. These things are great and I can't recommend them highly enough.
