Help please, scratches on exterior chrome

So I just finished washing my car, and for the first time ever I used my friend's car wash extension scrub (those car wash scrubs connected on a stick to reach the car's top) After finishing the wash I drove under a park light and noticed alot of pattern lines on the chrome top of the car's exterior. I highly assume that the scrub's bristles scratched the chrome part of the car. The lines do not seem deep because I rubbed my finger over it and some lines seem to fade lightly. Is there any way I can remove the scratches? Any suggestions, tips, or help would greatly be appreciated.

I used the Mother's mag aluminum polish on my light surface scratches on all the chrome trims.. it worked wonders on the rear chrome trim on the trunk. On the door trim, it helped as well. They work great for your exhaust tips too.

Try some P21S Polishing soap or Optimum Metal Polish. On a side note, brushes in general to wash a car is a no-no. I would try P21S Polishing soap first though, a lot of people like it. If it doesn't work to well give it a shot with #0000 Steel wool. And next time leave the washing to a good wash mitt rather a brush.

actually #0000 steel wool won't. Many detailers use it with promising results. But I'd try the pad/scrub thats given with the P21S polishing soap first, if that doesn't work try a MF cloth. Than if that doesn't work give #0000 steel wool a shot.
