How's this one..... Just bought a G35 May 22 2004. Went to a wedding one week later with my wife and she decided to "make a new friend" .............................MS. COSMOPOLITAN and she F*KIN PUKED IN IT on the way home!!!!!
The only good news is that I convinced myself to get the Graphite Interior instead of Willow so no stain but smells like SH*T.

Look at it this way, I have to live and see the one who F'd up my car everyday.

 

That sux, big-time; d*** jealous low-lifes with nothing better to do!... Well, if you were smart enough to get a low comprehensive deductible (say, $50) on your insurance like I did (after learning the hard way, then finding out later it only costs me <$5 extra per month), I would file a police report about it, then pay the insurance deductible to have the bumper repainted. Sure, it still sux and you're out a few bucks, but at least your car is restored to normal condition for much less than you'd have to pay if you fronted the enitre bill.

BTW, the "hard way" lesson I learned was when my old car's bumper was damaged in a parking lot by someone hitting it (never found out who did it) and my comp. deductible at the time was $500. The total cost for a new bumper and paint job for it was $650, so I got to pay the majority of it. After that happened, I was surprised to learn from my insurance company that changing the comp. deductible from $500 to $50 would only cost me a few more dollars/month (my rates don't go up from filing these claims, btw). Obviously, I took them up on it and will keep it that way, 'cuz this kind of s*** is bound to happen again some day, one way or another, unfortunately. At least you know you're not the only one, right?

My car was keyed across the hood in two places about a foot each, so someone making 1 key mark across doesn't sound so far fetched to me...

one day at school my friend (VERY VERY attractive girl) came out to her nice new blue rx8 to see HUGE KEY marks. There was about a 2foot x 1 foot area that was just zig zag scratches (about 75% of paint completly taken off in this box). The trunk said "ho" on it in a couple of places. They keyed her car SOOOOOOOO bad. I felt bad for her cause she's really a very nice person and it was probably some girl who was jealous of the popular, pretty girl with the $30k new car. The worst part was.... her dad originally said he wasnt going to pay for it to get the car painted (it would not have been able to be matched/touched up) so she drove it around like that for a few months before she finally made her dad feel guilty enough to shell out $2k to completly repaint the car its original color. I hate jealous people who do stupid [censored] like that.

That just ******* sucks man-- People have NO respect!!! Its a beautiful car and they just hate---Maybe you should start parking in another area besides the parking lot-- i dont park anywhere near another car, nor do i park anywhere that i know a lot of people go by. Get yourself a beater that you can drive to risky places. I've got a pristine '95 G20t that I've kept as a beater, and will only drive the G35 to work or to visit family or friends. If you got keyed at home, it's time to move to a safer neighborhood.
