+1 on this. IMHO some of the best money I have spent on my car is Zaino Leather in a Bottle. It is made with real leather oil, works great on the leather, has UV protectants, and makes my interior smell brand new.

I am on the squash craze, got one under the passenger seat and keeps the car smelling great.

seriously, +1 on the the Zaino. 35K miles and it still smells like a new car. I never eat in my car. I rarely transport food or drink anything besides water, so I imagine that helps a bit as well.

Pull your seats out, you might be amazed at how much food collects in the crevices, and by how bad it smells

I haven't done it on the G, but on my other cars it was just four bolts holding the seat in, with a harness to remove once the bolts were taken out. I'm pretty sure there are only four bolts holding these seats onto the car, but someone with more knowledge might be more helpful

The squash under seat Smooth Cologne, what exactly does that one smell like? Fruity or a fresh scent like ocean breeze?

I don't particularly like fruity smelling scents.

I hate every scents that are trying to impersonate something else.

Give me the smell of CLEAN interior and freshly conditioned leather over some chemically smelling fragrance like febreeze or some crap.

I used to use squash. I reverted to the old school air freshener. I got a lot more compliments on this than the squash. I think people got used to the squash. This one has always worked and has a distinct smell.

I hate all the air fresheners that you find at walmart and major chains. You can usually find this at asian markets.
