window tint problem
when u guys got ur tints did they remove ur door panels??? they did to mine and now my driver side window rattles like a ****....im goin back asap to tell them....plus im not 100% happy wit the job they did

Didn't have to remove mine. Definitely go back and complain.

I don't believe that any good car window tinter should ever have to remove a door panel to apply the window film...that's ridiculous; they should be able to cut the film just fine so it fits perfectly w/o messing with your door panel.
It sounds like that guy had no idea what he was doing. If they won't redo it at n/c, you may want to complain to the BBB. I'm not sure what you need to do about the window rattle the window tinter caused; you may want to just bring it in to Infiniti and tell them your window rattles so they fix it under warranty (or tell the Window Tinter they need to pay for it to be fixed)??? Good luck.

heyyyyyyy glad to see u made it to the board AFC9! u should head over to the NE forum and check out the meet we are having on August 14th - more importantly - go slap the dude that did your tint! lol na just make sure they take care of the issue...i'd say just get it removed if u totally hate their work, BUT u then may have rear defroster problems and u def. dont want to go down that road if u dont need to...

so i went back to the place and they fixed the tint and that damn annoying rattle at no charge....they said if you have any problem at all just come right back we'll fix whatever problem at no charge
