Just curious to see if anyone else does this. When I claybar the car I also clay the windows as well as my headlights and wheels. Anyone else do this?

 

Yes. I clay my windows and lights. I also polish them.

When I have the time yeappers. Smooth as butter.

 

But glass doesn't scratch so easily. So why would you need to polish them?

 

I wax my windows and headlights as well - prevents spots and keeps the headlights haze free.

Glass still scratches and somethings there is contaminant build up that is missed when claying hense the polishing. I don't do any serious compounding but I do polish once in a while when I have the time. Glass deserves as much attention as the paint.

 

I also polish both but i use UPGP sealent instead of wax.
