guys I went to several body shops and they quoted me around 800 to fix this ,, they need to paint two panels so they will blend. Any other alternativeS?

 

A detailer should be able to get most of it out, at least enough that it shouldn't bother you, depending on how **** you are about it.

BTW, what's the edge to the left? Is the car clear bra'd?



Here's a similar defect I came across on a Range Rover I did.

 

looks like its semi-bad ... half may be through the paint, half may be surface level.

I would let a pro detailer take a crack at it! chances are, you will not be able to notice it

repaint as a last resort
