detailing spray

My car currently has the full Zaino treatment. I use the Zaino car wash every week and detailing spray continuously. I was waslking through this huge autoparts store by my house the other day and saw a bunch of different car wash liquids and detail sprays. I'd love to be able to use them just to save the time of ordering from Zaino. Has anyone that's Zaino'd their car used other car wash liquids and detailing sprays, namely Meguiers (sp?)? Do I really need to use only Zaino products or can I just stick to the polishing using Zaino?

Re: detailing spray

Seeing as Zaino is a synthetic based product, I would only use Zaino. Supposedly there are bonding issues! What I normally do is order a few of the items I know I will go through ie. spray, soap, etc. It won't go bad and you won't have to place an order for only one item here and there every 2 weeks.

Re: detailing spray

I used Zaino and Meguiars detailing spray. Meguiars doesn't give you the slick, wet look like Zaino.
