Sprinkler Chemicals?

I have a black 05 sedan with what looks like spots on the chrome, the window, and some of the roof of my car... I live in florida and there is sprinklers everywhere... apparantly this window inspector guy said the spots are from the sprinklers and are very hard to remove. Any one have any products for this or know what I am talking about?

thanks

danase water spot remover, vinegar, compounding, clay, polishing, chemical cleaner wax like meguiars #66,

on the windows, I would soak in vinegar and take a razor blade to the window. if that doesnt work, bring out the clay. if not, then get the water spot remover.

for the paint, I would start with vinegar, then clay, then compounding. If compounding isnt working, then wetsanding may be necessary
