Honestly I would go 5K or 6K. I have 7K and I think they're a little too purple. I don't care for the bling effect I want as much light on the road as possible....and you are cutting lumens as you go up the K scale.

Stock is 4300K. Keep in mind that all these HID bulb sellers play with the colors. 4300K bulbs are already quite blue and they always show 4300K bulbs as pretty much white, which just isn't accurate. Also keep in mind that as the bulb life increases (like the more hours of use it goes through), the temperature rating keeps increasing. When a stock HID bulb has pretty good hours on it, it's operating at around 4700K or 4800K, and it will burn out at around 5000K.
