On glass I don't think theres much you can do.

Toothpaste works as a polish but that wont work on glass.

If someone knows about a good glass scratch fixer or help hide, that will be great! my sunroof glass in a side is all fuxored up

if its very fine scratches, then glass polish on a white pad, via PC may help. if that doesnt work you may need to see a auto glass shop

Jewelers rouge takes them out as long as you cant feel them when running your fingernail across them. You can get the same thing as kits for windshield from eastwood and other retailers. If you can feel them at all they are there to stay.
If you do not do this right you can burn the glass so a glass shop may be your best bet to start with. Some things are best left to the pros.
