Haha, you're right, it was a girl.

I wouldn't recommend using what I used. It's a very toxic wheel acid, even if you get a little splatter on your skin your gonna feel nauseous for a couple hours and you have to wear a breathing mask. However, if you're still interested, it's Meguiar's Wheel Brightener. I would recommend Sonax Wheel Cleaner as a substitute, it's safe for all wheels, effective, and easy to use. Only downside is the price, but realistically you should only have to use it when the rims are pretty, then wax the wheels and just clean with car wash soap and a sponge and the brake dust will slide off, as long as it's waxed.

On the grill and lower panels I used Meguiar's APC+, I forget the dilution but I think it was around 4:1. You can get the full Meguiar's professional line at autodetailingsolutions.com, and any other brand I get from Detailersdomain.com.

everything
Its amazing how sh;tty BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes owners treat their vehicles. You'd think spending $50k+ on a vehicle you'd atleast wash the thing once a year.

I'm so glad someone, besides me around here, feels this way. Every time I look at one of FMinus, or someone elses works I wonder. I hand wash my G (with car shampoo and a sheepskin mitt), once a week, and I also rinse the dust from it once a week. I garage it and have waxed it twice a month for the last three years. Even when I finished college and I drove a 1990 5.0 GT I always looked after my cars. Go figure?
