Emergency

I was re-doing the tint today on my tail lights and got a bit of overspray on the paint....i hate to blow money on having the bumper re-painter...ive tried buffing it out with rubbing compound and even carb cleaner, neither of them worked. Anyone know what I can use to attempt to remove the vht of the body paint without causing any damage? I plan to try isopropyl alcohol in the morning, hopefully that works.

clay is what you need, not a rubbing compound. go to your auto store and get the mothers yellow kit...it should work for recent overspray and tint overspray..wont work on road paint though, well it will, but it takes forever! thats why they have different grades!
