Master Blaster Car Dryer...

Anyone use these things? Thoughts? Worth the money? Work as well as they say on tv?

You'll find a lot of guys on here either use compressed air (from a compressor) or just a leaf blower. Air drying is a time saver and helps eliminate drips from out of the mirrors, etc. But you don't have to buy anything special for it.

^ This

I use a leaf blower, I would never spend 190 bucks for the same thing just with some fancy name.

This is funny, why spend close to $200 when you can get the very same results for $39.99 from Sears least expensive leaf blower?

I understand the better value with a leaf blower over the Master Blaster (or equivalent), but is using a leaf blower somewhat cumbersome? Seems the design of the expensive unit would lend itself much better when drying a car.

Heck, if using a leaf blower is just as effective at blowing off all the water and just as easy to maneuver, I'm going to Sears!

I find it interesting, humorous, and ironic we squawk at spending a couple hundred bucks to buy a forced air car dryer when a forty dollar leaf dryer will do the same job, but we buy a $35,000.00 Infiniti luxury sport sedan to get us from point A to point B when a used Honda Civic for $5,000 will do the same. Seems a bit contradictory.

You sir have the wrong mentality. Yes a civic will do the same thing And be more efficient. But why are you an Infiniti owner then? A car has a lot more to it. Classy lines a sexy interior more power engine the status of owning a car that's designed to be a better overall car where as a vacume is just a vacume it's a tool and nothing else. Some people think of their car as their tool or their pride and joy the o es that think of them as tools drive trucks and cars that fit their demand. As opposed to us enthusiests we have a our cars because we want to be on another level.

I am not sure what you are driving but G35s are not 35k luxury sport sedans. They are 15k entry level sedans.

So you 'bought' a G so you can pretend to be a baller? LOL

If you want to be on another level, you should try using spell check here and there.

vacume? enthusiests?

I simply got the G because I like the way it looks. Not because it's an "Infiniti".... um.. Nissan.

I'll agree my spelling is getting carless but I was typing from my phone while multi tasking so many things probably dont sound right. Anyways I actually downgraded ti a G in class terms I had a 330 and M3 before the G and I think my E55 is my baller car bro not my sexy G I got the G because I loved the look of it and then the exhaust note sealed the deal.

I bought mine because it felt as responsive and tight as my buddy's 2008 335ci did (not as powerful, but just as solid) without the fear of BMW's torturous maintenance requirements.

Honestly? Don't think it looks as good as some other cars, but it's what's inside that counts.
