im going that same weekend in November lol but anyways i went last month on my G. i checked all my fluids and specially oil before i went. everything seem good. when i pulled over to used the restroom i notice smoking was coming out of my engine. the car was not over heating or giving me any bad signs. it got me to Vegas and on the way back the same thing white smoke but it got me home and its still running good. haven't taken it to the dealer cuz i have no extra 150 for a diagnostic.

So you mean the engineers at Nissan designed these cars to drive in conditions besides SoCal traffic

The truth is hiway driving is the easy on your vehicle stop and go traffic causes much more wear on your brakes, tranny, clutch and your cooling system works much harder to remove the heat while you are stationary than if your cruising at 50mph with lots of air flow. If you don't over heat while sitting in traffic you won't overheat while driving down the hiway with air flowing through your radiator and removing the heat from your car unless you have other issues causing the overheating

Damn this is a mass production car, not some f1 car or funny car or something that needs to be replaced completely every 5 minutes and can't drive on a freeway for a few hours...

I'm just an owner trying to be extra protective of my car and take precautions. Is there a problem with that?
I'm pretty sure there's a lot of people on this forum who <33 their car as much as I love mine.
