Blueish "sweater" stain on driver door, how to remove?

When I bought my g, the previous owner got this blue stain on the drivers door and I think its from him wearing a sweater. I've tried things like tuff stuff to remove it but I cant get it off

I was thinking it could of been some kind of sweater stain, because I put my arm there pretty often. I'll try some plastic cleaner. or G, did you get the stain out or is it still there?
